GROUP COACHING

 

Are you looking for group support as you begin your health journey? The Group Coaching Program is your answer!

 

In this six week seminar based approach, discussion topics include diet, sleep habits, relationships, gut health, spiritual practice, and physical activity. Meetings are held twice a month for three months. The group is limited to 12-15 people.

 

Additionally, on one Saturday morning, we will meet at a health food store and learn how to shop the perimeter of the store where the most nutritious foods are found!
